Vogelstrauß was an animal band dedicated to exploring, exposing, and exploding the friction between humane and animalistic. Using a variety of techniques – such as non-linear creation of fractioned rhythmical patterns, superficial (albeit thorough) linguistic analysis, animalistic crude circuit-bending, ritualistic appropriation, intense repetition – they create the sound that is reminiscent of all possible styles that you could ever have known, looking for this one animalistic invariant that is present in all the sounds ever created by human beings and animals alike.
